Role Overview

We are looking for a NSX Network/Vmware (VCF9.0) automation Engineer with strong expertise in python scripting, ansible automation and CI/CD pipelines to join our team in a flexible, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows for network provisioning, monitoring, configuration management, and compliance enforcement across enterprise environments.
• Streamline infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational tasks using PowerCLI, Python, and Ansible.
• Integrate network platforms with automation and orchestration frameworks using REST APIs, NETCONF, and infrastructure programmability.
• Enable automated testing, validation, and deployment of network infrastructure changes through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Develop scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent policy adherence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in network automation technologies including PowerCLI, Python, and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and NETCONF.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of VMware NSX-T (network virtualization, micro-segmentation, distributed firewall).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, and OSPF.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 environments (VMware vSphere, ESXi).
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
