Role Overview
Le Mark Institute is looking for a Web Developer Intern (WordPress) to support digital and website operations. This is a 6-month paid internship based on-site in Mumbai (Matunga), ideal for freshers or students looking for real-world exposure in a creative education environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Work on website layout, UI/UX improvements, and responsiveness.
- Identify and fix bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct website testing for speed, compatibility, and functionality.
- Support implementation of basic SEO best practices on websites.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor, Astra, or similar).
- Understanding of website performance and optimization basics.
- Interest in UI/UX and web design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
