Frontend developer trainer

Role Overview

Login360 is hiring a passionate Frontend Developer Trainer to train and mentor aspiring software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in frontend technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The trainer will deliver practical sessions, guide students through real-time projects, and prepare them for technical interviews and placements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training on Frontend Development.
• Train students in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and React.js.
• Explain frontend concepts with hands-on coding exercises and live projects.
• Guide students in developing responsive and interactive web applications.
• Conduct coding assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
• Mentor students on Git, GitHub, debugging, and deployment.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback.
• Update training content based on current industry trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with the placement team to support student interview readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Frontend Development or Technical Training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students build successful IT careers.
