Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified QA Engineer to ensure product quality, conduct inspections, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and conduct inspections.
- Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection.
- Utilize 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Quality Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Good understanding of SPC, SQC, GRR, and FMEA.
- Hands-on experience with various measuring instruments.
- Good knowledge of quality system documentation and procedures.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
