Job Description
Role Overview
As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting cloud infrastructure, application modernization, DevOps automation, and cloud migration initiatives across customer environments. You will work closely with cloud architects, consultants, and engineering teams to design, deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and administration of cloud environments on AWS and Azure.
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure services.
- Participate in cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and cloud-native services.
- Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of cloud workloads.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls, identity management, and access governance.
- Support deployment and configuration of cloud monitoring and observability solutions.
- Assist with incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams in delivering cloud transformation engagements.
- Support customer onboarding and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Contribute to technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- BE/BTECH from a reputed institute.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in software engineering, cloud technologies, DevOps, or infrastructure support.
- Experience working with AWS and Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and cloud security concepts.
- Cloud-related certifications (Amazon, Azure, Google) are good to have.
