Product Designer - II (Design System)

Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Meesho, you will define user goals, scenarios, benefits, and flows while owning end-to-end experiences. You will work closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences, breaking down complex tasks into intuitive designs that improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts
• Conduct quick rounds of usability testing to iterate with user feedback
• Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate with the product, business and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions
• Advocate for the user while understanding business requirements
• Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions and measure success

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience in a product company
• Experience working in startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
• A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills
• Eye for details and a drive to learn from a fast-paced environment
• Experience consolidating Research and stakeholder feedback and/or insights into your work
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Ability and willingness to quickly produce UX concepts and test ideas
• Proficiency with Figma and other design and prototyping tools
• Proficiency in using Design System and evolving Design System with new use-cases
