Full Stack Developer (Claude AI) - Night Shift, Work From Home

Role Overview

Nexa Consultancy is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and maintain internal technology, including dashboards, automations, AI agents, and CRM systems. This is a hands-on, fully remote night shift role where you will work directly with the founder to own internal tools end-to-end using AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve internal dashboards using Claude AI.
• Develop AI agents and automations to handle repetitive tasks.
• Create automated boards and internal reporting tools.
• Maintain and improve the GoHighLevel CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and forms.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues as they arise.
• Test all builds and fixes thoroughly before deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Full stack capability with comfort in both frontend and backend development.
• Solid programming fundamentals and ability to read unfamiliar code.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor for real-world builds.
• Strong ability to identify and fix incorrect AI-generated code.
• Fluent Hindi and good spoken/written English.
• Ability to work the night shift (12:30 AM to 8:30 AM IST) consistently.
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable wifi.
