Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to work with our team on developing, customizing, maintaining, and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile application development and be comfortable working with APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and backend systems. Experience working with LMS or education technology applications will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Work with cross-platform frameworks and native mobile development where required.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, user management, notifications, and data synchronization.
- Debug and resolve application crashes, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
- Work with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with web-based systems.
- Build and maintain application builds for Android and iOS.
- Troubleshoot deployment, signing, and release-related issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow good development and security practices.
- Understand existing application architecture and make enhancements without breaking existing functionality.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with one or more of: Ionic, Angular, React Native, or Flutter.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development.
- Knowledge of mobile debugging tools and application performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and/or Xcode.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase and independently troubleshoot issues.
