Java Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Java Developer Intern who is interested in backend development and wants to gain hands-on experience working on real-world software projects. As a Java Developer Intern, you will work closely with experienced developers to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain Java-based applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Write and execute unit tests.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Work with Spring Boot for backend development.
• Collaborate with developers and team members on real-world projects.
• Maintain basic technical documentation.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Core Java.
• Knowledge of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading basics.
• Understanding of Java 8+ features.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
