Role Overview

Novanectar Service Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic Fresher Web Developers to join our team. We are hiring 50 talented individuals for the role of Web Developer, who possess strong skills in web development concepts and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend components.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

Requirements

• Fresher with a strong foundational understanding of web development concepts.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design principles and implementation.
• Familiarity with at least one Frontend Framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Basic understanding of Backend Development using technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of Database Management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Version Control systems, specifically Git & GitHub.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
