Backend Support Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Support Executive to assist with day-to-day office and backend operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rostering and roster updates.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and other channels.
• Assist with client follow-ups, documentation and data entry.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets and office documents.
• Provide general administrative and backend support.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are a must.
• Good written English and grammar.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in administration, backend support, customer service or rostering is preferred.
