Java Full Stack Developer contractual

Role Overview

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Trainer on a 3-month contractual basis to provide practical, industry-oriented training to students/trainees. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on sessions covering both backend and frontend technologies and guiding trainees through practical projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline Java Full Stack training sessions 2–3 days per week.
• Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling and JDBC.
• Train participants in Spring / Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Cover frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React/Angular.
• Teach MySQL/SQL and database integration.
• Explain Git/GitHub, debugging and application development practices.
• Conduct hands-on coding exercises and assessments.
• Guide trainees in developing a real-world full-stack project.
• Provide technical mentorship and resolve trainees' development-related queries.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training/mentoring experience is preferred.
• B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science/IT or a related field.
