Front End Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong React.js Developer to work on a high-performance, data-intensive CRM application. The candidate should be able to independently convert business requirements into scalable, production-ready frontend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance React.js applications.
• Work with large datasets (lakhs of records) while maintaining smooth and responsive UI performance.
• Build and optimize data-intensive screens using AG Grid.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle complex business workflows.
• Implement and manage application state, forms, authentication, and authorization.
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend performance and production issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience with React.js.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of React rendering and performance optimization.
• AG Grid – Mandatory, with experience handling large datasets.
• Knowledge of memoization, virtualization, pagination, filtering, debouncing, and efficient rendering.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit + Zustand.
• Experience with React Hook Form.
• REST API integration.
• Understanding of authentication & authorization.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture and scalable component design.
• Experience working on production applications.
