App Development Intern

Role Overview

The intern will support the development of a cross-platform mobile application for both Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The role will involve mobile UI development, backend/API integration, authentication, database connectivity, third-party integrations, testing, and basic application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive interfaces compatible with both Android and iOS.
• Integrate REST APIs, JSON and HTTP-based services.
• Connect the application with backend services such as Firebase or other REST-based backends.
• Implement user authentication and application data management.
• Work with databases such as Firebase Firestore / SQL.
• Integrate third-party services such as WhatsApp links, web URLs and chatbot/API services.
• Debug, test and optimize application performance.
• Support Android and iOS application build and deployment activities.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent student/recent graduate in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Should have developed at least one functional Flutter application/project.
• Good understanding of mobile application development concepts.
• Comfortable working with APIs and backend integrations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• GitHub profile or previous mobile application portfolio would be preferred.
