Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop IDM applications using SailPoint and Java, including requirement analysis, design, and unit testing.
• Deliver new integrations, features, rules, workflows, and tasks on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platforms.
• Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Champion problem management best practices and drive root cause resolution.
• Participate in production support on-call rotations for complex issues.
• Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and mitigation.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and present them to decision makers.
• Build product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define coding standards and best practices.
• Coach and mentor other developers in the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with Java.
• 2+ years of experience developing applications in React including component design and state management.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs (SOAP / REST).
• 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery and working on agile teams.
• 2+ years of experience developing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years of cloud experience with Azure.
• Experience with Git and working in a DevOps model.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
