Fintech Platform Testing Intern

Role Overview

VANSERA LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is an early-stage fintech startup building the next generation of wealth and investing products. We are looking for a fintech platform testing Intern who understands how equity trading, stock broking, and wealth management work to test and shape a real fintech platform. This role focuses on domain knowledge to ensure financial correctness and market alignment.

Responsibilities

• Test our operations on CRM and wealth management platform.
• Validate that features are not just bug-free, but financially correct in calculations, workflows, and terminology.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and issue write-ups for engineers.
• Build structured test cases and checklists for money-critical flows and identify edge cases.
• Work with the product team to translate market/regulatory nuance into clear specs.
• Help shape product decisions and contribute to feature specs.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of equity markets, stock broking, and/or wealth management.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• A sharp eye for detail and the instinct to question accuracy.
• Patience and rigor in testing repetitive flows and edge cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about fintech and how markets and wealth platforms are built.
