Frontend Developer (React Js)

Role Overview

Great software ages like good wood—strong at the core, refined at the surface. We’re looking for an Experienced Frontend Developer who understands that UI is not decoration, it’s engineering. This role demands ownership, performance thinking, and mastery of React.js and Next.js to build fast, scalable, production-grade interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable frontend systems using React.js & Next.js
• Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR strategies effectively
• Optimize performance, Lighthouse scores, and Core Web Vitals
• Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable UI
• Integrate REST APIs and manage complex frontend states
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Review code, enforce standards, and guide best practices
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams
• Own features end-to-end—from design discussion to production deployment

Requirements

• Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep hands-on experience with React.js
• Production experience with Next.js
• Solid understanding of component-driven architecture
• HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid
• API integration and error handling
• Git, branching strategies, and code reviews
