Role Overview

Join Pitney Bowes as an Intern for a 6-9 month duration. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office 3 days a week. You will support the development and maintenance of data pipelines while working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS services.
• Assist in data ingestion, transformation, and validation activities for structured and semi-structured data.
• Learn and work with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and SQL-based transformations.
• Help monitor data pipelines, investigate data issues, and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate in data modeling, documentation, and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to automation, reporting, and operational improvement tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn modern data engineering and cloud technologies.
