AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are partnering with a top-tier, high-scale product client to hire 5 AI/ML Engineers specializing in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Search Generative Experience (SGE). Responsibilities

• AI/ML Development: Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
• Search Optimization: Support GEO, AEO, and SGE initiatives to optimize content and data for AI-powered search, conversational queries, and LLM-based experiences.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze search intent, AI-generated responses, retrieval patterns, citations, and ranking signals to identify performance opportunities.
• Experimentation & Assessment: Build experiments, evaluation frameworks, and measurement approaches to assess GEO/AEO effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, and Marketing teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / Dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc/MS) or equivalent from Tier 1 Institutes (IITs, NITs, VIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT, etc.).
• Company Background: Prior experience working in top-scale product-based companies.
• Domain Experience: 1–4 years hands-on experience in rank modeling, GEO, AEO, or SGE, optimizing for AI-driven search interfaces.
• Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Search, RAG-based systems, and modern NLP.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Good understanding of modern search engines, semantic search, entity-based optimization, schema/knowledge representation, and platforms like ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
