Software Engineer II

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage application development, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging within containerized environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/GitOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and remediate security issues in cloud-native environments.
• Ensure security compliance through vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.

Requirements

• B.E, B.Tech / M.E, M.Tech degree in Computer science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell Scripting, and C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, RHV, KVM, VMware, OpenStack, and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Familiarity with DevOps, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.

Nice to Have

• Cloud and Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
