Role Overview

SJA Pathway, a subsidiary of SJA, is an AI-driven platform developer that supports job seekers, students, and entrepreneurs. This is a part-time remote role for an Undergraduate or Graduate Student Web Developer. The position offers hands-on learning opportunities to gain practical skills and industry exposure through real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing features for web applications
• Creating responsive designs
• Collaborating with other teams to integrate back-end and front-end work seamlessly
• Writing and maintaining clean code
• Troubleshooting errors and optimizing website performance
• Engaging in code reviews

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Understanding of Web Design principles and responsive design techniques
• Familiarity with Web Development tools, frameworks, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot and debug effectively
• Good communication skills and ability to work in remote collaborative environments
• Experience with AI or knowledge of AI-powered platforms is a plus
