Full Stack Engineer (Python/React) — Code + Management

Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help drive our product and engineering roadmap while staying hands-on in the code. You'll be the technical bridge between our CEO/Founder, Product Design, and the Engineering team — turning business goals into clear technical priorities, and managing a team that ships them. This is a role for someone who wants both ownership and craft: you'll set direction and mentor engineers, but you'll also be writing code, reviewing PRs, and solving real technical problems on a platform used by tens of thousands of entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications alongside a highly skilled engineering team
• Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution
• Mentor and manage engineers — building accountability, productivity, and high performance
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Design, and Engineering
• Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, project timelines, and delivery milestones
• Partner with Design and Growth to build innovative, scalable solutions
• Build and maintain key features across our existing platform
• Identify new ways to improve customer experience and platform usability
• Maintain and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis
• Take real ownership of the code and the product — not just the roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• 3+ years working in React and Ruby or Python (TypeScript and AWS a plus)
• A track record of shipping code quickly and iterating based on real feedback
• A customer-first mindset — you care about the experience you're building, not just the code
• Relentlessly high standards; you're never satisfied with "good enough"
• Self-motivation and a genuine interest in growing a business, not just writing tickets
• Comfort with ambiguity and change — this is a fast-moving environment
