Job Description

Reports to: Lead Engineer - AI & Transformation. Experience level: 3-5 years. Location: Gurgaon (On-site). Employment type: Full-time.

Design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Our Product
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product team to translate requirements into technical designs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Own code deployment, code review, API design, database schema ownership, and CI/CD involvement

3-5 years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in Vue.js or React.js on the front-end
Strong proficiency in .NET or Python on the back-end
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL; comfortable working with both relational and NoSQL data models
Experience with Elasticsearch for search/indexing use cases
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
