Job Description
Role Overview
This is a 1-year engagement consisting of a 6-month internship followed by a permanent position. The role involves a mix of data management and customer support duties in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Data handling & backend updates
- Customer support via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Availability for full-time work (10 AM to 7 PM)
- Must possess a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
