Azure DevOps + Python + Generative AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps, Python, and Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, automate, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure DevOps, Python development, CI/CD, cloud automation, and Generative AI technologies, with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop automation scripts, APIs, and backend applications using Python.
• Build and deploy Generative AI/LLM-based applications and solutions.
• Integrate Azure AI services and foundation models into business applications.
• Develop and manage automated build, release, and deployment processes.
• Implement infrastructure and application automation across Azure environments.
• Monitor application performance, deployments, and cloud resources.
• Work with development and data teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Develop secure and scalable APIs and microservices using Python.
• Implement testing, code quality, version control, and deployment best practices.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, application issues, and cloud deployment problems.
• Follow security, governance, and DevOps best practices across Azure environments.
• Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, LLM, Azure AI, and DevOps technologies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML, and release automation.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Azure AI services / Azure OpenAI is preferred.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and API integration.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
