Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in React.js and Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in building and deploying scalable web applications, is comfortable working across the frontend and backend, and has experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Cursor, etc.) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js on the frontend and Python (e.g., Django/Flask/FastAPI) on the backend.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth) following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to database design and management (SQL/NoSQL) as needed for application features.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid hands-on experience with Python and Python-based backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Microsoft Azure certification required (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204, or equivalent).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks end-to-end.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
