AWS IAM & Okta Identity Management Engineer

Role Overview

As an AWS IAM & Okta Identity Management Engineer, you will support IAM-related initiatives including tool upgrades and modernization efforts. You will design and implement AWS integrations with enterprise identity platforms and provide hands-on administration and architectural support for IAM tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM-related initiatives including tool upgrades and modernization efforts.
• Design and implement AWS integrations with enterprise identity platforms such as AD/O365 and Okta.
• Provide hands-on administration and architectural support for IAM tools and services.
• Contribute to data center transition efforts, including enabling redundancy and assisting with the migration away from physical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to enhance IAM capabilities and delivery.
• Support automation initiatives, particularly around certificate lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, Active Directory (AD) & O365, and Okta.
• Experience with Active Roles Server (ARS), CyberArk PAM, Silverfort, Zscaler, and KeyFactor.
• Experience in AWS IAM and cloud security integration.
• Exposure to IAM architecture and enterprise identity strategy design.
• Development or scripting experience to support automation initiatives.
• Ability to work across both administration and architecture responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in evolving infrastructure environments.
• Experience collaborating in multi-contractor or distributed team setups.
