React Native Developer - Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a React Native Developer Intern who is excited about mobile app development and wants hands-on experience building real-world applications. You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely on product and engineering initiatives, developing and improving our iOS and Android mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Build features for both iOS and Android
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Integrate REST APIs and handle data from backend services
• Implement and manage application state using Redux or similar technologies
• Debug issues and fix application bugs
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Perform basic testing and troubleshoot application issues
• Work with Git and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate on product and technical decisions
• Assist with app builds, testing, and deployment
• Document technical processes and development workflows
• Learn and apply modern mobile development best practices

Requirements

• Good understanding of JavaScript
• Experience or strong familiarity with React Native
• Understanding of React fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs
• Understanding of frontend and backend communication
• Familiarity with Redux or another state-management library
• Basic understanding of Git and version control
• Basic debugging and testing skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
