Job Description
Role Overview
Vowelweb is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should understand both user experience and visual design and be comfortable turning ideas and requirements into effective digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital products.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Develop user flows and information structures where required.
- Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, spacing, colors, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with developers, content, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
- Review existing interfaces and identify opportunities for design and usability improvements.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on project requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design practices, and tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong visual design and attention to detail.
- Understanding of usability and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and meet project deadlines.
