MERN Stack Intern

Role Overview

This is a remote internship role for a MERN Stack Intern at WebSeeder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js under the guidance of senior developers.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean and reusable code, fixing bugs, and integrating APIs.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Collaborating with designers and team members to implement user interfaces.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring responsive design.
• Learning and applying best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Core MERN stack skills including basic experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Back-end and API-related skills including RESTful API development and JSON handling.
• Software development fundamentals including version control (Git), debugging, and basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for remote team environments.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
