Role Overview

Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineer to participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and projects associated with the technology domain, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts. You will design, code, test, debug, and document projects while identifying opportunities for service quality and availability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
• Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for technology domain projects
• Review and analyze technical assignments and research alternative technology domains
• Present recommendations for resolving issues or escalate as needed to meet SLAs
• Exercise independent judgment regarding security and compliance requirements
• Provide information to technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Desired)
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of secure coding practices and enterprise applications
