Cloud Platform Engineer

Role Overview

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating proofs of architecture to test viability, security, and performance, ensuring optimized and reliable setups for operational use.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
• Document architecture designs and deployment processes.
• Assist junior team members with cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with automation and scripting.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud platform performance and integration issues.
