Data Platform Engineer

Role Overview

As a Data Platform Engineer, you will assist with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing all relevant components. You will collaborate closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models, supporting the creation of scalable, efficient data solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data platform components with business requirements.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies for data platform design and integration.
• Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance on best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data platform components to suggest continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices related to data platforms.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within data environments.
