Automation Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester (Performance & Quality Engineer) to join our engineering team at our Noida office. In this role, you will be responsible for improving product quality, release speed, and system performance by implementing automation strategies, validating APIs and workflows, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust Python-based automation testing frameworks.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter or Locust to ensure platform scalability.
• Perform deep API testing and validation using Postman or custom automation scripts.
• Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end release validation testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams to identify system bottlenecks and ensure high-quality deployments.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Manual Testing combined with solid Python automation scripting skills.
• Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
• Strong expertise in API validation using Postman or automation workflows.
• Practical understanding of system scalability, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
• Must have experience in Appium and Mobile App testing.
