Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically proficient Intermediate Product Owner / Java Developer to join our growing team. This hybrid role is crucial for bridging the gap between product needs and technical implementation. You will actively contribute to both the development of robust Java-based software solutions and the definition of product features, ensuring our microservices effectively meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Backlog Management: Bridge product strategy with technical execution by participating in backlog refinement and prioritization for specific microservices.
• Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned microservices.
• Java Development & Technical Contribution: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications and components for enterprise microservices.
• Contribute hands-on to backend development including server-side logic, API design, and database interaction using modern Java frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to microservice architectures and event-driven patterns.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices: Serve as a key liaison between development, product management, and other stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Java development and microservices architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
