AI & LLM Platform Engineer

Role Overview

CGI is seeking an AI & LLM Platform Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will build advanced test process tools and AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge platforms, contributing to our global mission of digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build test process tools using platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Implement RAG based solutions and workflows using Azure Foundry and Foundry Agents.
• Deploy and manage custom models using Azure AI Services including Azure AI Search and Cognitive Services.
• Perform API and integration testing for RESTful APIs.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and test plan management within Azure DevOps.
• Design and develop solutions using Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and RAG architectures.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking, Entra ID).
• Proficiency in testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA or Confluence.
