Role Overview

As a Software Developer – UI / React JS, you will shape the front-end and user interface layer of a major insurance transformation program. Using React JS as your primary technology, you will build modern, responsive, and scalable web applications supporting both core insurance processes and customer-facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for insurance applications and portals
• Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar frameworks
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services through REST APIs
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend developers
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and accessibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment activities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience developing front-end applications using React JS
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern UI design principles
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management frameworks
• Experience working within a DXC GraphTalk environment is a MUST-HAVE requirement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
