Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Mobile App Developer Intern to join our development team for a 6-month internship. The candidate will work on mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms, contribute to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience in the complete mobile development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Convert UI/UX designs and requirements into functional mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Debug and resolve application issues, crashes, and performance-related problems.
- Perform testing and ensure applications work properly across different devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and other team members.
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, progress, blockers, and completion status.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Use AI-assisted coding and development tools to improve productivity and solve technical problems.
- Research and learn new technologies whenever required for project development.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and take ownership of deliverables.
- Handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure when required.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Android & iOS Mobile Application Development.
- Knowledge of React Native, Flutter, Native Android, or Native iOS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Dart.
- Understanding of React and React Native concepts.
- Experience with Android Studio and/or Xcode.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of mobile UI development and responsive layouts.
- Basic knowledge of databases and local storage.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
