QA Engineer

Role Overview

Modern Doctors is a growing game development studio focused on creating engaging and high-quality mobile gaming experiences. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer with hands-on experience in game testing to ensure high-quality gameplay experiences. You will work closely with designers, artists, and Unity developers to identify, track, and resolve bugs while improving overall game performance and usability.

Responsibilities

• Test gameplay features, mechanics, and user flows across multiple devices and platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with Unity developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Validate game builds before releases to ensure stability and performance.
• Analyze gameplay issues and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
• Ensure smooth gameplay experience with minimal crashes and glitches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during sprint cycles.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, preferably in game testing.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, UI/UX, and player behavior.
• Experience testing mobile games (Android/iOS).
• Basic understanding of Unity workflows and debugging (preferred).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly document issues and communicate with developers.
