Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Indara Tech builds AI recruiting software called Talent Crux. We are a well-funded startup and are gaining momentum with our AI HR software. We’re now starting a second product line, smart cameras, and we’re hiring the first engineers to build it. The product does AI-powered video analytics on cameras companies already have: SOP detection, process compliance, and operational insight, pulled from existing feeds. It’s early and still taking shape.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire application: frontend, backend, infra, deployment.
• Decide the tech stack.
• Build custom deployments, per-client configuration, and integrations with existing camera systems.
• Ship new computer vision features from rough idea to production: the pipeline, the inference, and the dashboards.
• Connect to existing camera feeds at scale.

Requirements

• 4–5 years building production software, with meaningful time at an early-stage startup.
• Full stack capability: ability to build and run both sides yourself.
• Experience making architecture calls and shipping results.
• Comfortable around video, streaming, or ML model outputs.
• Based in Mumbai: this role is in-office.

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision or video pipelines: RTSP, WebRTC, HLS, OpenCV, or model serving.
• Experience building custom or per-customer deployments.
• Ability to use AI effectively to boost productivity.
• High urgency and initiative.
