Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Own the backend for features end-to-end, including design, API development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of unit and integration tests.
• Triage and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Optional: Contribute to the NextJS and jQuery frontend.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Python and exposure to Django or DRF.
• Familiarity with Git and basic SQL concepts.
• Strong debugging instincts and ability to learn independently.
• Solid problem-solving fundamentals and comfort with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Good communication skills.
