Job Description
Role Overview
The Backend Executive will assist in managing statutory compliance processes, specifically focusing on PF and ESIC registrations, documentation, and portal management to ensure seamless employee benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling PF and ESIC registrations for employees
- Maintain employee compliance records and documentation
- Support monthly PF & ESIC contribution processing
- Handle basic employee queries related to PF withdrawal, UAN, KYC, ESIC cards, etc.
- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams for statutory compliance
- Update employee details on EPFO and ESIC portals
- Assist in filing returns and maintaining compliance reports
Requirements
- Experience in handling statutory compliance and employee documentation
- Familiarity with EPFO and ESIC portals
- Strong coordination skills with payroll and HR teams
