Product Intern — Software Product Development

Role Overview

You are the person who makes sure what we ship actually works, and who brings back the research that shapes what we build next. You will work on gamified, scenario-based financial literacy learning for students, ensuring high-quality interactive simulations.

Responsibilities

• QA & Dev-Mode Testing: Test every lesson end-to-end before launch, including scoring, progress tracking, narration, animations, final reports, and data saving. Test across different devices, browsers, and slow network conditions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, security testing, load/stress testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Edge case thinking: Hunt for the ways things break: double-taps, mid-lesson refreshes, tab switches, back button, idle timeouts, zero scores, perfect scores, and every wrong answer.
• Bug reporting: Provide clear, reproducible reports with steps, expected vs actual, and screenshots. Prioritise blockers over polish.
• Market & competitor research: Track EdTech, fintech and gamified learning in India and globally. Study competitor launches, pricing and positioning.
• User research: Talk to students, teachers and parents to run feedback loops and ensure authenticity.
• Product support: Help shape lesson flows, scenario copy, question sets and scoring logic. Maintain specs, test cases and the research repository.
• Analytics: Read drop-off, time-on-task and score patterns to flag design problems.

• Btech/BE/BCA/MCA passout.
