Responsibilities

• Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality to add business value.
• Work within permanent teams responsible for the full software life cycle, from initial development to decommissioning.
• Collaborate to optimize software engineering capabilities.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working software solutions.
• Work across the life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval patterns.
• Exposure to GenAI evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based deployments.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and secure application development.
