Backend Executive – Admission & Visa

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and learning-oriented Backend Executive to manage student applications, visa processing, and the complete process up to final enrolment with the institute. This role involves guiding students through admission requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with embassy and immigration guidelines for visa process.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students throughout the process.
• Guide students through admission, visa processing, and final enrolment.
• Handle and submit university/institute applications.
• Manage and track applications end-to-end.
• Check and maintain student documents.
• Coordinate offer letters and admission formalities.
• Handle and follow up on visa applications.
• Coordinate with students, universities, and visa teams.
• Ensure timely completion of all admission and visa requirements.
• Follow up until the student is successfully enrolled with the institute.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Years of Relevant Experience in student admission and visa.
• Strong understanding of admission and visa procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation management.
