Intern - Website Content Management

Role Overview

Plaksha University is looking for detail-oriented and driven interns to support our website revamp and ongoing content operations within the Marketing & Communications team. This role involves supporting content migration, managing CMS updates, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure a seamless website experience.

Responsibilities

• Support content migration during the university website revamp
• Manage and update content through the CMS
• Maintain content trackers, metadata sheets, and workflow logs
• Coordinate with backend and tech teams to test and troubleshoot website content
• Assist in writing, editing, and publishing web content including program pages, bios, announcements, and news updates
• Support SEO updates and content organization for new webpages
• Document workflows and maintain structured content records

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms and website workflows
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in content operations, digital communication, and web management
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in English, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
