Role Overview
We are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Linux administration. The candidate will support the deployment, management, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting of Azure infrastructure and production workloads.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Load Balancers.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux servers hosted in Azure.
- Perform OS patching, hardening, and configuration management.
- Work with Azure VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, and private endpoints.
- Implement Azure security best practices using Azure RBAC, Azure Policy, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Configure and maintain Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Provide infrastructure-level support for SQL Server workloads.
- Use PowerShell and Azure CLI for routine administration and automation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Azure Cloud experience.
- Proficiency in Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and VPN concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
