Role Overview

Spectra Digital is looking for a Web Developer to join our team in Mumbai. We’re looking for someone with strong development skills, a good understanding of UI/UX, and experience working in a digital/creative agency setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites for clients and internal projects.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
• Integrate APIs, forms, analytics, and third-party tools as required.
• Maintain and update existing websites based on client requirements.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Web Developer.
• Prior experience working in a digital/creative agency is required.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and web design.
• Experience working with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with WordPress/CMS platforms is a plus.
• Good understanding of website performance and SEO optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Must be Mumbai-based.
