IT Backend Support & Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Backend Support & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day backend operations, system support, and basic accounting-related activities. The role involves supporting our POS, Order Management System, ERP system, and other software platforms, along with bank statement reconciliation and related backend accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend support for POS, Order Management System, ERP, and other business software
• Manage and maintain system data and backend entries
• Monitor and resolve basic system and software-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and software/service providers for technical issues
• Perform bank statement reconciliation and identify discrepancies
• Check and verify financial and transaction data between systems and bank statements
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Support day-to-day accounts and administrative activities
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation
• Assist management with system-related and accounting-related reports
• Perform other backend support duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in handling backend operations and system support
• Ability to manage data entry and documentation accurately
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and reconciliation
• Strong coordination skills to work with technical service providers
