Role Overview

TuringX is seeking a developer to work end-to-end on the TuringX Index, a new assessment platform designed to help businesses evaluate their readiness across technology, operations, data, security, and digital maturity. This is a production-ready project aimed at providing evidence-based scores and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop an assessment and questionnaire engine
• Implement scoring and index calculation logic
• Build user and organization workflows
• Create results and assessment reports
• Develop recommendations based on assessment outcomes
• Build admin functionality for managing assessments and questions
• Design databases and data models
• Develop API/backend services
• Create a responsive web interface
• Implement authentication and access control
• Handle deployment and production configuration

Requirements

• Practical experience with modern frontend development
• Experience with React or Next.js
• Experience with backend/API development
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling
• Understanding of authentication and authorization
• Experience with REST APIs
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub
• Experience with deployment and basic cloud infrastructure
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Understanding of application architecture, database design, and security
